He has taught and demonstrated cooking at UCLA Culinary Arts Extension, Wisconsin Union Mini Courses, Carolina Medical Center Nutritional Trade Show Presentations, Wisconsin Restaurant Trade Shows, and currently at Dybdahl's Classic Kitchens and Cabinets - a nationally acclaimed award winning design firm
in Madison, Wisconsin.

David is available through Classic Kitchens and Cabinets for private classes, parties, and more. 5-6 classes are normally scheduled each autumn and spring.
